The Penguin Cafe at Edinburgh Zoo sees the transformation of an old animal enclosure into a bright, airy cafe space with terrace views overlooking the famous 'Penguins Rock'.
With the daily Penguin Parade passing right by the cafe, this busy hotspot needed to be operationally efficient to bust queues and deal effectively with high visitor volume. Bright graphic design and colour palette keep the ambience playful and fun. The food display of hand-made goodies and quality hot drinks make this a tempting pitstop to add secondary spend to the Zoo's overall catering offer. New food servery, seating layout and toilet area adds significant number of indoor and outdoor covers.
