Benugo briefed us to design the Edinburgh Castle eating and drinking offer, to enhance the overall customer experience of one of the world’s most iconic visitor attractions. The new seating layout has the feel of a modern tea room whilst complementing the original period details as a backdrop for bold colours, modern fixtures and light fittings. This approach has been extended to the Redcoat Cafe and Jacobite Room on the same site.
