We refurbished the five-star Famous Grouse visitor experience at the Glenturret Distillery. They key focus was improved customer journey and flow, enhanced storytelling and customer touchpoints. The new reception and gathering area hosts an immersive tasting bar and larger retail space, with whisky personalisation as a central feature.
